Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Riyadh.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support WhiteRock’s brands, drive customer engagement, and strengthen market presence in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

Responsibilities include planning and managing marketing calendars, overseeing brand positioning, leading digital and offline campaigns, and coordinating product launches and promotional activities.

The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, product development, and design to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels.

The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and consumer insights, manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize initiatives to achieve growth and brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong brand and marketing strategy skills, including experience in campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, such as social media management, performance marketing, content marketing, and basic analytics tools.
  • Experience in market research and consumer insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in F&B, retail, or consumer brands, preferably within the GCC market, is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving business needs.
