A leading company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in dental clinics to lead marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and drive patient growth.

Job Summary

This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for dental clinics, managing digital campaigns, improving patient experience, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Develop and execute marketing strategies for dental clinics**
  • **Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns**
  • **Analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions**
  • **Lead and manage the marketing team (design, content, media buying)**
  • **Improve patient experience and increase booking rates**
  • **Build and strengthen brand identity**
  • **Manage relationships with agencies and partners**
  • **Monitor market trends and competitors**

Qualifications & Experience

  • **Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing**
  • **Previous experience in dental clinics or medical field (mandatory)**
  • **Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign management**
  • **Leadership and team management skills**
  • **Strong analytical and performance tracking abilities**
  • **Ability to drive growth and achieve targets**
