A leading company is seeking a

Saudi HR Specialist

to manage and support core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Job Summary

This role focuses on implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and enhancing employee experience.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth and building an effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Handle onboarding and employee orientation
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Support performance management and KPIs tracking
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill hiring needs
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures

• Saudi National (mandatory)

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Good understanding of HR systems and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM)
  • Experience with HR systems and platforms
