Innovative Concepts Company is a growing company managing a portfolio of restaurant brands in the Food & Beverage industry.
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, and promotional platforms.
- Create and implement marketing plans for restaurant launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with operations and business teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to improve marketing strategies.
- Manage social media content, branding activities, and external marketing partnerships.
- Monitor competitors and market trends within the restaurant industry.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience managing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
