Job Purpose
Responsible for managing payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits accurately and in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage compensation updates and payroll adjustments
- Review payroll inputs (allowances, deductions, advances, incentives)
- Manage attendance and leave records and ensure payroll integration
- Administer employee benefits programs and medical insurance
- Handle end-of-service settlements and final dues
- Maintain accurate employee data using MenaITech HRMS System
Skills
- Payroll & compensation knowledge
- Experience with HRMS (MenaITech preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law
