Shape brand, place, and customer propositions from early engagement through launch and sell-down.
Key responsibilities
- Shape development place branding, positioning, naming, and customer propositions.
- Deliver campaigns across digital, print, events, and sales channels.
- Build the customer journey from expressions of interest and database development through launch, sales activation, completion, and move-in.
- Lead CGIs, renders, masterplans, brochures, and digital marketing content.
- Help create display-suite and sales-centre experiences.
- Partner with Sales, Development, architects, project teams, and agencies.
- Use CRM, digital, and funnel insights to optimize enquiries, appointments, and conversion.
- Monitor campaign and development marketing performance with commercial discipline.
Required qualifications and experience
- At least 6 years of marketing experience.
- Strong experience in property development, off-the-plan apartments, residential developments, or retirement living.
- Demonstrated new-development launch and go-to-market capability.
- Strong understanding of place branding and property buyer behaviour.
- Expertise in digital performance, CRM, and database marketing.
- Commercial confidence connecting marketing investment with sales outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder and agency management capability.
- Relevant Marketing, Communications, or Business qualification.
Preferred capabilities
- Confidence working across complex projects with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers.
- Ability to remain calm, commercially focused, and decisive in a fast-moving environment.
