Experienced Communications and Engagement Manager leading communications, engagement, reputation, and change work across Anglicare Seniors Communities.
The role spans organisational transformation, resident communications, property development, and community consultation.
Reports to the General Manager, Sales and Marketing, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Property Development, and Community teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated communications and engagement strategies across Seniors Communities.
- Shape internal, executive, resident, and customer communications; support DA and SSDA engagement.
- Build relationships with residents, councils, community groups, and stakeholders; facilitate community forums.
- Support communications through development and construction activity.
- Lead content strategy and storytelling across digital, print, social, and customer channels.
- Advise on change, reputation, and crisis communications; lead, coach, and develop the communications and engagement team.
What you’ll bring
- At least 8 years’ experience across communications, engagement, PR, content, or brand.
- Strong strategic communications and stakeholder-influencing capability; experience in complex or sensitive community engagement.
- Exceptional writing, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills; measured, strategic approach and relationship-building ability.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Property, construction, DA, or SSDA project experience is ideally desired.
Preferred experience
- Experience in property, retirement living, healthcare, aged care, or community sectors is highly regarded.
