We are seeking a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Deliveroo.

This role is central to driving measurable business growth for both HOP (grocery darkstore) and our Retail vertical through strategic marketing planning and execution.

Reporting into the Head of Restaurant and New Verticals Marketing, you will be responsible for building and delivering comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with key commercial goals, unlock customer value, and improve ROI.

This is a high-impact role that requires commercial acumen, a test-and-learn mindset, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Youll shape and scale marketing programmes that not only resonate with consumers, but also deliver material impact to our business and partners.
