Role Description

The Marketing Manager will lead the conceptualisation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Kashkha’s global brand presence in modest fashion.

This remote role includes developing and managing marketing strategies across digital, social CRM and retail channels, while aligning activities with overall business objectives.

Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating content and creative assets, managing campaign calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, merchandising, and retail operations to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experiences.

The role also includes managing freelancers as needed, overseeing budgets, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, including experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, such as social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and performance optimization
  • Ability to handle brand management and content development, including briefing creative teams and ensuring consistent brand voice
  • Ability to speak with customers, understand the lifestyle and translate learnings into the content and comms
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and translate insights into clear actions and improvements
  • Proven experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce marketing is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
