We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive business growth through creative marketing strategies.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, overseeing advertising activities, and developing strategies to increase client bookings and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase salon bookings and revenue.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Create engaging content, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google.
- Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain and improve the salon's online presence and reputation.
- Manage customer loyalty, referral, and retention programs.
- Work closely with salon management to promote new services and special offers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and generate insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with beauty salons, spas, or cosmetic brands.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Experience with influencer marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
