Mona Beauty Center is looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, blow-dries, styling, and hair treatments.
- Provide hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other coloring services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and customer care.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Promote salon services and retail products when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist.
- Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Beauty salon experience preferred.
