- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to support business development efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
