- Assist in tracking project submissions, approvals, permits, and inspections.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, suppliers, and site staff.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Assist with procurement documentation, quotations, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure all project files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Support project handover documentation and close-out procedures.
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, document control, customer service, or project support roles (internship experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
