Job Summary

To lead the marketing efforts of our F&B brands.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all outlets.

Role requires a deep understanding of the F&B industry, consumer behavior, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Position the brand(s) distinctly in the market and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Plan and launch marketing campaigns (seasonal, promotional, digital, influencer-driven, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation, photography, and video production for promotions and menu launches.
  • Coordinate with chefs and outlet managers for new product launches and special events.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
  • Develop social media calendars and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
  • Build CRM initiatives and manage customer feedback channels.
  • Plan and implement loyalty programs or partnerships that increase retention and footfall.
  • Manage PR agency or coordinate with media for brand visibility.
  • Organize and execute brand activations, launch events, and collaborations.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Track campaign ROI, and report KPIs to senior management.
  • Conduct market research and customer satisfaction surveys.

& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 **years of marketing experience** in the F&B or hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand building, and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Arabic speakers and candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
