Responsibilities
- Understand consumer and market needs with the wider business and identify growth opportunities.
- Take ideas from concept through product development and launch.
- Manage new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with R&D, innovation, product development, and manufacturing teams.
- Own a broad marketing agenda and contribute to business growth.
Ideal candidate
- 8+ years of marketing experience; food or FMCG experience is ideal.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
- Strong food-category understanding and experience with R&D, innovation, and product development teams.
- Proven new product launch and go-to-market experience.
- Understands consumer behavior and translates market needs into marketing opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to develop ideas independently.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the GCC consumer and market landscape.
