An established FMCG organization seeks an Export Manager based in Dubai to drive international sales growth and expand in African markets.
The role focuses on opening new markets and building routes to market and distribution from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities and develop African markets.
- Establish distributor networks and routes to market.
- Build relationships with local distributors and commercial partners.
- Grow export revenue and develop sustainable international business.
Candidate requirements
- At least 8 years of export sales or international business development experience within FMCG.
- Proven experience opening and developing African markets is required.
- Experience building distributor networks and routes to market.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, export operations, and market expansion.
- Commercial negotiation, distributor relationship management, and revenue-growth capability.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple international markets.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
