Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones across the group and its subsidiaries.

This role will be responsible for executing the marketing campaigns both digital and traditional channels.

Develop the effective performance metrics to analyze the marketing activities.

S/he will collaborates with cross functional teams to support business growth and brand awareness.

Strategy Development And Implementation

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials that align with brand identity.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing
  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies, analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various platforms
  • Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Establish KPIs for campaigns and regularly report on performance to senior management
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide report on (ROI)

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team and external agencies
  • Collaborate with sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and creative agencies
  • Educational and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms)-
  • In-depth understanding of various marketing channels and current marketing trends
  • Familiarity with latest market research techniques and data analysis
