Marketing Manager role focused on roofing and building materials products.
The role drives marketing and business development, market presence, customer relationships, and dealer and distributor networks.
Products include roofing and steel building materials such as roofing sheets, PPGI/PPGL sheets, GI sheets, purlins, decking sheets, and standing seam roofing.
Experience
- Requires 3–7 years of experience in building materials, roofing, steel, PEB, construction materials, or a related industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and identify new markets, customers, channel partners, and project opportunities.
- Generate leads through field marketing, channel development, customer visits, references, digital marketing, and other sources.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, consultants, contractors, builders, fabricators, and project customers.
- Conduct market visits, understand customer needs and trends, and monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and schemes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Management for customer execution.
- Deliver campaigns, exhibitions, product presentations, and customer engagement activities; prepare plans, sales-support materials, market reports, and competitor analyses.
- Increase brand visibility and product penetration, support business targets, track and follow up leads, maintain records, and report to senior management.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month.
