HR Manager supporting the Marketing and Sales teams in staffing, performance, discipline, skills, and employee engagement.
The stated objective is to ensure the teams have the manpower and capabilities needed to achieve business and sales targets.
People operations
- Identify workforce needs, prepare recruitment plans, and coordinate timely hiring for Marketing and Sales roles.
- Conduct HR interviews and salary discussions; coordinate selection, onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Monitor performance with Marketing leadership; support KPI and target-setting, appraisals, and increments.
- Track targets, productivity, attendance, leave, punctuality, and field movement; handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Identify training needs and arrange training in sales skills, product knowledge, customer handling, communication, and negotiation.
- Support employee career development, engagement, and retention; gather feedback and recommend actions to address turnover.
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation and support compliance with company policies and applicable labour requirements.
- Coordinate workforce matters across HR, management, and Marketing/Sales leadership; provide HR reports and manpower updates.
Preferences
- A master's degree is preferred.
- English is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
