UXBERT Labs is one of the leading digital and user experience design agencies in the GCC, working with top regional and international brands such as STC, Amazon, Gucci, and more.
As part of the Supertech Group—which also includes Hala Yalla, Saudi's #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform, and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA—we are continuously expanding our innovation footprint.
We are now seeking a highly seasoned and visionary leader to establish and head our AI Consulting Services division.
This role is pivotal in transforming our strong legacy in UX, CX, and digital transformation into a future-driven AI consulting powerhouse.
The Head of AI Consulting will be responsible for defining the AI services portfolio, building a strategic roadmap, developing organizational capabilities, and driving client adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Help build the company’s marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of working.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital,across relevant platforms.
- Research unfamiliar marketing tools, systems, and implementation requirements, then apply what you learn.
- Create campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports, and supporting assets.
- Set up and manage marketing infrastructure such as tracking, product catalogues, campaign structures, CRM workflows, dashboards, and marketing automation.
- Ask the right questions before making decisions or starting execution.
- Clarify the objective, audience, expected outcome, constraints, dependencies, and measurement approach behind each initiative.
- Work with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Identify problems early and recommend practical solutions rather than simply escalating them.
- Test new channels, campaign formats, messages, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and turn findings into clear actions.
- Document successful processes so they can be repeated and scaled.
- Take ownership of tasks from initial problem definition through execution and evaluation.
Requirements
- Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn independently.
- Structured thinking and sound judgment.
- A high level of ownership and personal accountability.
- Comfortable turning ambiguity into clarity.
- The ability to move between strategy, analysis, creative work, and hands-on execution.
- Confidence using online resources, documentation, tutorials, AI tools, and experimentation to learn new skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset.
- The humility to ask questions and the confidence to make decisions once enough information is available.
