Marketing Intern
Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will support the Industrial Coating Systems (ICS) Marketing team through a combination of strategic marketing, product portfolio management, marketing communications, digital marketing, content development, and business analytics activities.
The primary focus of the internship will be supporting strategic marketing initiatives, including market research, customer insights, product portfolio analysis, competitive intelligence, and new product development activities.
Secondary responsibilities will include supporting marketing communications, content creation, digital marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and marketing analytics.
This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines while working closely with Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, Engineering, and Business Leadership teams.

Qualifications
- Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics from an accredited university.
- · Must be enrolled in an accredited university program and returning to school following the internship.
- Minimum GPA requirement may be established based on business needs.
- · Strong interest in strategic marketing, product management, and business analytics.
- · Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- · Ability to analyze information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- · Interest in content creation, storytelling, and marketing communications.
- · Exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or data visualization tools is beneficial.
- · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- · Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team environment.

- Office environment: The intern will work alongside marketing professionals and business leaders while supporting a variety of strategic marketing, communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
