Opportunity

Join Ingram Micro's UAE Marketing team as an intern supporting campaigns, supplier engagement initiatives, and event activities.

The internship offers hands-on experience on business projects alongside marketing professionals.

What you'll do

  • Support supplier marketing activities, including campaign briefs, procurement coordination, and quote comparisons.
  • Assist with purchase order approvals, payment follow-ups, and finance validations.
  • Prepare post-event reports with attendee insights, social media coverage, photos, and campaign results.
  • Help plan social media calendars and coordinate content creation with designers.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and special projects.

Candidate profile

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and managing details.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Internship duration

  • The internship program runs for 3 to 6 months.

Compensation

  • The internship is unpaid.
