Job Title: Marketing Executive – Social Media & Content Creator (Healthcare Clinic)

As we grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help us connect with the community, promote our services, and build a strong digital presence through innovative social media and content strategies.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies with a focus on social media management, content creation, and community engagement. You will work closely with clinic leadership to represent our values, increase patient outreach, and boost our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions, blogs) for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and grow our social media accounts and online reputation
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and patient newsletters
• Design promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
• Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with clinical staff to highlight services, patient success stories, and community events
• Stay current on healthcare trends and digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Experience working in a healthcare or wellness setting
• Photography/videography skills
• Basic SEO knowledge and website management are a plus.
