Roles And Responsibilities Digital Marketing Social Media: Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital campaigns to showcase new collections and engage customers.
Marketing Strategy Promotion: Develop marketing plans, including designing catalogs, look-books, and promotional materials.
Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute in-store promotional events, special launches, and jewellery exhibitions/trade shows.
Market Analysis: Research competitors, monitor industry trends, analyze consumer behavior, and identify target demographics to refine strategies.
Brand Management: Build and maintain brand identity and messaging to ensure consistent brand representation.
Relationship Management: Build relationships with influencers, retail partners, and event organizers.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop sales tools and align promotional campaigns with sales targets.
Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, and report findings to management.
Requirments Experience: Proven experience in marketing, specifically in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to create compelling content and manage PR.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking to design engaging campaigns and promotional content.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools, and reporting software.
