About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives across digital channels.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Support lead generation activities through content marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors as needed.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.

  • Growth in social media engagement and followers.
  • Lead generation targets and conversion rates.
  • Email campaign open and click-through rates.
  • Website traffic and content performance metrics.
  • Timely execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
