We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, reporting directly into the Managing Director.
The role is based in Dubai and you will be working across omni channels.
We are looking for someone who has previously had project experience within marketing and is ready to play a major part within this team and taking ownership of the planning.
You'll own end to end Holistic campaign planning, including printing, production of catalogue, in-store POS, radio, OOH, digital and social paid media.
You'll Be
- Coordinating and facilitating the delivery of activities for a retail outlet including implementation of campaigns, printing, production and any marketing requires for new stores
- Coordinating and facilitating the delivery of key events and activities including new store and brand activations
Skills
- A strong understanding of reporting tools to monitor marketing activities, generate reports, and provide analysis and commentary, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (such as spreadsheets),
- Highly developed written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to create clear, accurate, and concise reports and materials that comply with legal and procedural requirements.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with expertise in liaison, negotiation, and conflict resolution, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong organisational skills while working autonomously, managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
