Marketing Executive

About This Role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help promote our brand and properties across multiple marketing channels while supporting lead generation, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media Management

• Develop, create and manage social media content across all platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Own the content calendar, ensuring consistency, relevance and alignment with business priorities.
• Drive engagement initiatives across platforms, including community management and response handling.
• Translate business updates, campaigns and insights into compelling, platform-specific content.
• Website Management
• Own and regularly update website content, including pages, visuals, and campaign landing sections.
• Ensure the website reflects current offerings, brand positioning, and SEO best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep all information accurate and up to date.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables across all marketing activities.
• Manage workflow between stakeholders to maintain efficiency and consistency in execution.

Campaigns, Events & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, property launches, and open house events.
• Coordinate logistics, communication, and on-ground branding to ensure seamless delivery.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
• Data, Insights & Optimization
• Analyze marketing performance data (social, website, campaigns) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate insights into content direction and campaign optimization.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep strategies relevant and competitive.

Sales & Commercial Support

• Develop and maintain marketing collateral aligned with sales objectives.
• Support lead generation initiatives through content, campaigns, and digital channels.
• Ensure all sales-facing materials are on-brand, up to date, and commercially effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with graphic design software, social media management, and content management systems.
• Creative mindset with basic analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a UAE driving license and a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
