Job Brief

SEE Holding is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of marketing and communications activities across the organization.

The successful candidate will assist with campaigns, events, digital content, research, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives that support the company's vision and brand objectives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of marketing functions within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and marketing campaigns.

· Assist in maintaining marketing calendars, timelines, and asset trackers.

· Coordinate logistics for shoots, pop-ups, and onsite branding efforts.

· Upload and update content across social media platforms and websites as needed.

· Help draft or proofread basic content for newsletters, announcements, or reports.

· Collect, organize, and validate data to support campaign reporting and analysis.

· Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, or benchmarking activities.

· Liaise with vendors, partners, and suppliers for approvals or follow-ups.

· Coordinate giveaways, internal communications, and community engagement initiatives.

· Maintain databases, mailing lists, and digital archives.

· Support photo/video shoot logistics, content capturing, and live coverage where required.

· Assist team members with presentation building, formatting, and slide editing.

· Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaign execution, and content creation in sustainable urban development.

· Understanding of sustainable development principles, including eco-friendly marketing and community engagement.

· Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

· Knowledge of UAE market trends, cultural norms, and economic factors influencing marketing strategies.

· Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, content uploads, and campaign coordination.

· Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in marketing outputs and reports.

· Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and respond to stakeholder needs.

· Analytical skills to support data entry, research, and campaign performance evaluation.

Educational Qualifications

· 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or admin support role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and writing skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools and softwares.

· Interest in marketing, events, digital platforms, or creative communications.

· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks across different marketing functions.

· Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
