Role overview

Campaign delivery

• Own planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of bespoke UAE campaigns across email, push and other channels.
• Create and send email, push-notification and WhatsApp communications in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify and execute evergreen automations and triggers.
• Report campaign results to stakeholders and propose or manage changes as needed.

Data and coordination

• Pull, manipulate and interpret data for campaign targeting, segmentation and analysis.
• Coordinate proactively with stakeholders to manage workloads and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise across competing issues.

Candidate expectations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, or strong relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of email application experience and experience with a CRM or campaign management platform.
• Experience building automated CRM programmes and using data visualisation tools and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High computer literacy and experience using AI tools.
• HTML, SQL or scripting familiarity is an additional qualification.
