Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, website, content, events, and brand communications.

The ideal candidate will take a 360-degree approach to marketing, ensuring brand consistency and effective campaign delivery across all touchpoints while supporting the development and growth of the company's digital presence.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with brand objectives and campaign calendars.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and social media best practices.

Website & Digital Management

  • Coordinate the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites and landing pages.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and external vendors to ensure website projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Update website content, project information and marketing collaterals.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, SEO, and conversion opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist in the creation of campaign briefs, content plans, media assets, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, lead generation initiatives, and performance tracking.

Content & Brand Management

  • Assist in developing marketing content, including emailers, newsletters, presentations, brochures, website copy, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Support photography, videography, and content production requirements.

Events & Partnerships

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, activations, launches, exhibitions, and partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, venues, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, website analytics, and lead generation activities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve engagement, brand visibility, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing website projects and working with developers or digital agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience within real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
