Role Summary

Your Role Is To

• Maintain clean, structured CRM systems
• Execute high-volume Instagram DM outreach using pre-written copy
• Ensure all outreach is accurate, tracked, and consistent

1. CRM Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Manage and maintain contact lists in Brevo
• Ensure:
• Contacts are correctly added
• Lists are properly segmented
• Data is clean and up to date
• Handle:
• CSV uploads
• Manual contact entry
• Tagging and segmentation
• 👉 Responsible for CRM accuracy and structure

2. Instagram DM Outreach (Primary Execution)

• Send Instagram DMs to targeted users using pre-written copy
• Ensure:
• Messages are sent to the correct audience
• Outreach is consistent and error-free
• Track:
• Who has been contacted
• Responses received
• Follow-ups required
• Update CRM based on:
• Replies
• Engagement
• Interest levels
• 👉 Responsible for clean, high-volume outreach execution

3. Outreach Support

• Build and prepare targeted lists for:
• DM outreach
• Email campaigns
• Ensure:
• Targeting is accurate
• Lists are clean and usable
• 👉 Enables efficient execution across marketing

1. Instagram DM Outreach

• Minimum 500 Instagram DMs per week
• All DMs:
• Sent to correct, targeted users
• Free of errors
• 100% of outreach:
• Logged
• Tracked
• Updated in CRM

2. DM Performance Quality

• Reply rate: ≥ 8–12%
• Positive response / interest rate: ≥ 3–5%
• Track:
• Replies
• Interested users
• Conversions (where applicable)
• ⸻

3. CRM Quality & Hygiene

• CRM is:
• Clean
• Structured
• Up to date
• All activity accurately reflected in Brevo
• No duplicates, no missing data
• ⸻

4. Outreach Readiness

• Lists are:
• Prepared in advance
• Accurate and usable
• No delays in execution due to poor data
• ⸻

5. Reliability & Execution

• Tasks completed:
• On time
• Without follow-up
• With high accuracy
• Consistent daily output (no last-minute batching)

What This Role Does Not Do

Ideal Profile

• 0–2 years experience (or strong internship experience)
• Extremely detail-oriented (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable with repetitive, structured tasks
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable using:
• Brevo
• Instagram
• Strong executor — follows instructions precisely
