Overview
The Marketing and Events Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute corporate events, seminars, webinars, and networking functions
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create compelling content for marketing collateral, website, and thought leadership pieces
- Coordinate with design teams for production of promotional materials
- Manage relationships with media partners, sponsors, and event vendors
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Oversee brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution
- Support the sales team with lead generation and nurturing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or B2B environment
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong digital marketing skills including social media, SEO, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong project management abilities
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the finance and consulting industry is preferred
