Role Description
The Marketing Director will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role, based in Riyadh, involves leading marketing campaigns, managing market research, developing marketing plans, and collaborating with the sales team to strengthen market positioning. Additionally, the Marketing Director will ensure consistent communication of brand identity and foster relationships with stakeholders to elevate Black Olive Solutions’ reputation in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Marketing, including Marketing Management and the execution of marketing campaigns
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to inform strategic decisions
- Familiarity with Sales techniques and collaboration with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of the hospitality or recruitment industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
