In this role, you’ll shape how the brand speaks across campaigns, social, CRM, digital, in-store, and e-commerce.

Every word counts, and you’ll make sure it delivers the message clearly.

You work closely with creative and content teams to turn ideas into communication that performs.

What you’ll handle daily

Campaign & Promotional Copy

· Write copy for thematic and tactical promotions

· Develop campaign messaging, key callouts, and taglines.

· Support concept development with strong copy rationale and communication angles Competitor research and trend spotting

· Guide how copy should appear visually across campaign assets

CRM

· Write SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification copy

· Create email copy and concepts aligned to promotions

· Support automated flows and customer communication touchpoints

Digital & E-commerce Copy

· Write UX copy across the website and customer touchpoints.

· Write performance ad copy for Meta and Google

· Oversee and proofread product descriptions on a periodic basis.

· Proofread and write SEO blogs, outreach content, and articles as needed

Social & Video Copy

· Write daily social captions and post copy aligned to brand tone

· Develop reels/story scripts, titles, and supers

· Support storytelling concepts for seasonal content

In-store Communication

· Write copy for any in-store touchpoint.

Ex, danglers, special features.

Editorial & Brand Writing

  • · Write editorial collection copy for quarterly campaigns
  • · Support press releases, media, and magazine write-ups when required
  • · Write radio spot scripts and sweepers for campaigns
  • The non-negotiables
  • · Proofreading copy across assets before publishing
  • · Maintain tone of voice consistency across all channels
  • · Ensure cultural sensitivity and alignment with the GCC market Hands-on AI experience to automate day-to-day copy requirements for faster turnarounds
  • · Task traffic management for copy and prioritization
