Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals and identify opportunities and target markets through analysis.
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate social media, email, and other multichannel campaigns.
- Research consumer trends and market needs to inform strategy.
- Work with creative teams to develop materials supporting sales and conversions.
- Monitor campaigns and recommend improvements to increase return on investment.
- Organize activities to raise brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create content reflecting the brand identity and supporting audience engagement.
- Support digital marketing strategies, including SEO and paid advertising.
Experience and capabilities
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination and data analysis, including report preparation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and digital analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators.
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and report preparation; Claude is preferred.
- Strong organization and tracking skills, including preparation of performance measurement dashboards.
