The Digital Marketing & Web Content Specialist is responsible for managing and updating digital platforms including websites, intranet, and SharePoint sites.
This role supports marketing initiatives through content coordination, web development, analytics management, and design execution, ensuring all digital materials align with the organization’s brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Manage all website updates, including new page creation, updates to existing pages, menus, and forms, ensuring responsive and user-friendly web pages.
- Create, update, and maintain SharePoint forms and pages.
- Coordinate required content with agencies for web pages, intranet, and other digital deliverables.
- Assist with the design and formatting of SharePoint pages, including layouts, typography, and image updates.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing coordinators, business units, agencies, and the marketing manager to support and implement marketing initiatives.
- Manage and update Google Analytics across various web pages and maintain Google Business profiles.
- Implement necessary updates to online forms and automated email communications.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology trends and introduce new tools and technologies as required.
- Develop and prepare responsive emails and external newsletters using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure all digital marketing materials align with the organization’s brand identity and support ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Design and prepare internal newsletters using vector-based design tools.
- Maintain and continuously update the company intranet.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing social media communication platforms (preferred).
- Proficiency in design software including **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat**.
- Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**.
- Working knowledge of **Dynamics CRM** and **JungleMail**.
- Prior experience with **SharePoint**, **web development**, and **CSS/HTML** is required; **JavaScript** experience is a plus.

- Pay: QAR14,000.00 per hour
