We are seeking a vibrant and commercially driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead brand storytelling, customer engagement, and communications across both digital and offline channels.
This role sits at the heart of the business, responsible for shaping how the brand is experienced across the full customer journey, while also supporting partnerships and community engagement that strengthen the company’s position within the retail and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies across online and offline channels.
- Own brand messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead CRM activity, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle communications.
- Oversee social media strategy and content direction, working with internal teams or external partners for execution.
- Map and enhance the customer journey to improve engagement and brand experience.
- Support the development of partnerships with universities, wellness communities, and relevant industry stakeholders.
- Assist in building brand visibility through events, activations, and networking initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to optimise campaigns and communications.
- Work closely with leadership to translate brand vision into clear marketing output.
Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in a marketing and communications role.
- Strong background across brand, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Experience in consumer-facing industries (retail, wellness, lifestyle preferred).
- Confident managing both strategy and hands-on delivery through partners or small teams.
- Proven experience in social media strategy and content planning.
- Exposure to partnerships, collaborations, or community engagement.
- International experience strongly preferred; MENA exposure ideal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, engaging personality.
- Energetic, creative, and comfortable representing the brand externally.
