Overview
We're supporting a client in the Financial Services sector (Brokerage), who is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst for their team in Dubai.
Experience within the CFD/FX domain is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day compliance function across the business.
- Conduct KYC, AML and customer due diligence reviews.
- Monitor client onboarding and ongoing compliance activities.
- Assist with regulatory reporting, internal monitoring and policy implementation.
- Review transactions and investigate compliance alerts where required.
- Support regulatory enquiries, audits and internal compliance projects.
- Help promote a strong compliance culture throughout the business.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ compliance experience within a CFD or FX brokerage (essential).
- Sound knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions and regulatory compliance.
- Experience of client onboarding and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
- good knowledge of DFSA regulations
