Role Purpose

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand positioning, support business objectives, strengthen stakeholder and client/account relationships, and drive market visibility.

The role oversees corporate communications, brand management, external and internal communications, digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, media relations, and strategic messaging to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels.

In addition, the role includes **account management and stakeholder management responsibilities**, ensuring effective relationship management, engagement, and satisfaction across key internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement annual marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and market presence across target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency of corporate identity, messaging, and brand guidelines across all communication materials.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness activities.

Corporate Communications

  • Develop internal and external communication plans to support corporate initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Draft and review executive communications, presentations, speeches, press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with organizational messaging and priorities.
  • Support leadership communications and reputation management initiatives.

Account Management & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key liaison for assigned internal and external stakeholders, clients, and business units.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Translate stakeholder and client needs into actionable marketing and communication strategies.
  • Ensure consistent engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with expectations across all accounts.
  • Manage account deliverables, timelines, and communication flow across internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and support account growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account-related requirements.

Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Oversee digital communication channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content strategies and monitor digital engagement performance.
  • Coordinate multimedia content creation including videos, brochures, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends and communication performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Media & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, agencies, and external partners.
  • Coordinate media engagements, interviews, press coverage, and public relations activities.
  • Support crisis communication planning and response when required.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead marketing and communication support for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure all events align with corporate branding and communication standards.
  • Coordinate communication deliverables and promotional activities for events and campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define communication and marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports, campaign evaluations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and communication timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand management.
  • Experience in corporate environments, large organizations, or strategic transformation initiatives preferred.
