Overview

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate daily marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support the execution of digital and offline marketing plans.
• Follow up with designers, photographers, printers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with sales and showroom teams regarding promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, launches, and activations.

Social Media & Content

• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Assist in preparing captions, stories, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate content creation including photo and video shoots.
• Monitor social media engagement and customer inquiries.

Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Organize marketing files, assets, and documents.
• Track invoices, quotations, and supplier communication.

Website & Digital Support

• Assist with website updates and content uploads.
• Support email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Help monitor campaign performance and basic analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or assistant roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, interior design, construction, or luxury brands.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Photography or content creation experience is a plus.
• Understanding of branding and visual communication.
