RALS HEALTHCARE is looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Healthcare Marketing Assistant / Business Development Executive
to support clinic growth through outdoor marketing, patient acquisition initiatives, digital campaigns, and strategic business partnerships across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare marketing and a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market, patient engagement strategies, and DHA medical advertising guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities to increase clinic visibility and patient footfall.
- Conduct field visits and coordinate promotional activities across companies, insurers, schools, hotels, residential communities, labor camps, and healthcare events.
- Support patient acquisition campaigns through digital marketing, Google Ads, social media promotions, flyer distribution, and brand awareness activities.
- Coordinate healthcare camps, wellness programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral networks.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with DHA medical advertising regulations and healthcare communication standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, printers, and digital marketing agencies for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and patient conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular marketing activity reports and support clinic commercial and revenue objectives.
- Assist management with branding, promotional planning, and business development initiatives.
