We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Marketing Assistant
to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate passionate about marketing and communications in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your role
is expected to participate in the following task, but not limited to:
Marketing Support
- Contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the Marketing Department across several countries
- Work effectively within internal and external networks including external agencies
- Liaison and co-ordination of marketing activities across global markets
- Provide support for a range of marketing and sales activities
- Copywriting where required
- Use of image generation tools such as Canva
- Photography, videography and editing
- As required use of YouTube, email marketing tools, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Advertising supervision and reporting
- Website updates – experience of Sitecore or similar CMS systems preferred but not essential
- Help organise events and attend, as necessary
- Use a range of office equipment, making the best use of all available technology
- Prepare documents and maintain records using the full range of Microsoft Office
- Attend appropriate meetings, take notes and make / action recommendations where applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Excellent command of English language – written and spoken is mandatory
- Additional languages e.g. Arabic, German, Hebrew are highly valuated
- Willingness to travel is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
