Marketing Assistant / Business Development Executive-Healthcare

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities to increase clinic visibility and patient footfall.
• Conduct field visits and coordinate promotional activities across companies, insurers, schools, hotels, residential communities, labor camps, and healthcare events.
• Support patient acquisition campaigns through digital marketing, Google Ads, social media promotions, flyer distribution, and brand awareness activities.
• Coordinate healthcare camps, wellness programs, and community engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral networks.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with DHA medical advertising regulations and healthcare communication standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, printers, and digital marketing agencies for campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and patient conversion metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare regular marketing activity reports and support clinic commercial and revenue objectives.
• Assist management with branding, promotional planning, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in healthcare marketing, clinic marketing, or healthcare business development.
• Good understanding of DHA medical advertising guidelines and UAE healthcare market.
• Experience in outdoor marketing, digital marketing, social media management, and patient engagement campaigns.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta/social media promotions, and campaign reporting is preferred.
• Multilingual communication skills are an advantage (English, Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam preferred).
• UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
