General Practitioner (GP Doctor)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations including detailed history taking, clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions for both adult and pediatric patients
• Handle minor medical emergencies such as wounds, cuts, suturing, and dressing
• Interpret diagnostic reports including X-rays, laboratory results, and ECGs
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with DHA rules, regulations, and clinical guidelines
• Perform accurate insurance coding using CPT and ICD standards
• Utilize EMR systems efficiently for patient data management and reporting

Requirements

• **MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution**
• **Valid DHA License (mandatory)**
• **Minimum 1-2 years of UAE clinical experience (adult and pediatric care)**
• **Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory)**
• **Strong familiarity with DHA guidelines and healthcare regulations**
• **Experience with insurance processes, CPT & ICD coding, and EMR software**
• **Candidates with their own visa are preferred (not mandatory)**
