Responsibilities
- Audit and analyze leads to improve conversion.
- Maintain and optimize Bitrix CRM records.
- Create reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Provide basic design support for marketing.
- Assist with daily administration and campaign tracking.
Qualifications
- Tagalog speaker.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data cleanup.
- Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms.
- Design experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Real estate, marketing, or lead management background is a plus.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time role based in Business Bay.
- Work is in person.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
