What you´ll do
Leads the team in charge of organizing and facilitating meetings of Henkel´s corporate bodies (multi-day conferences, top mgmt meetings) Acts as interface for Henkel´s CEO / BU Board in relation to all organizational and administrative questions on Henkel´s corporate bodies Takes minutes in Henkel´s Management Board Meeting / BU excom meetings and supervises the further approval process Supports Henkel´s CEO / BU Board in communicating to and working with members of Henkel´s corporate bodies incl. their chairpersons Supports Henkel´s CEO / BU Board in achieving their internal and external agenda Leads and coordinates special projects on behalf of Henkel´s CEO Organizes and coordinates management conferences, all employee quarterly meetings, leadership calls and comparable events Is the point of contact for internal and external communication for Corporate Communication
