Job Summary

To work closely with the inter-department and market managers for factory led AS products, brand campaigns and promotions on regional media (including digital and social media), events and PR tie-ups, work with and understand general distributors’ communication needs, come up with holistic and market relevant campaigns and promotions. The Service and Parts - Marketing and Communication Manager evaluates, executes, measures, monitors and controls the entire processes. The Service and Parts - Marketing and Communication Manager work to ensure that process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals. Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of the marketing and communication process. Also tend to focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.

Marketing

  • Develop weekly/monthly content plans in-line with MOPAR and Stellantis brand’s marketing strategy and markets’ activities
  • Know-how transfer and support to General Distributors (GD) within the region and coordinate all Service & Parts marketing and communication activities in the region
  • Prepare, survey and execute the marketing communication part of the target agreements with the GD ensuring compliance with guidelines and Stellantis marketing and communication plans
  • Implement the regional and country specific marketing communication plans and activities in the region
  • Development of marketing tools and material to support service and parts sales together with the advertisement agency, other departments from the Regional Center, HQ and the General Distributors
  • Development of new sales channels and tools to e-commerce and digital marketing for service and parts sales together with the advertisement agency and inter-departments, HQ and the General Distributors
  • Relationship Management with GD service & parts marketing team and Off-line & On-line agency partners
  • Management, development & enhancement of the Stellantis websites & GD’s webpages in the region
  • Support in planning and execution of the Quarterly Service & Parts Marketing meetings (SPM)
  • Working closely and coordinating with Market Managers on ongoing support, regional and country specific marketing activity

Business Support

  • Active role in service and parts business in the organization with target to maximize Service & Parts revenue opportunities and financial objectives
  • Maintain and track budgets for regional and country specific campaigns (both offline and online media)
  • Safeguarding supply and availability of marketing material at the General Distributors
  • Managing and Monitoring PR / PO requests of marketing spending of aftersales team and GD’s
  • Submit an action plan to the Head of SPM Marketing and Market Management before the implementation of any activity
  • Providing and sharing KPI of performance following guidelines of the company

Market Research

  • Collect, compile and analyze marketing and communication activities of main competitors
  • Create weekly / monthly reports detailing competitor activities and advertisements in the region and best practices from HQ

New Model Launch

  • Working closely with inter-department (sales and aftersales) and Coordinating on New Model Launch marketing activity for aftersales
  • Support each vehicle launch team lead by project managing the launch process
  • Work with the launch team captain to co-ordinate the activities of Service & Parts marketing and PR
  • Development of marketing tools & material well on time; communication and co-ordination with inter-department and GD’s in regard to launch activities
  • Competencies and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, fast and responsive – working to strict deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written, proven communication and interpersonal skills to all levels
  • Resourceful, innovative thinker and ability to work on own initiative
  • Team player – Maintain close working relationships with all other employees of the business to assist in the facilitation of projects
  • Ability to listen, a willingness to learn and work with individuals at all levels
  • Utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential information
  • Technical skills
  • University Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 5-7 years’ experience in automotive aftersales from automotive manufacturer or tier one supplier preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
