The account manager is the single point of contact between Hyphen and SEE Engineering, JEET Construction and JEET Fitout.
Hyphen manages the group's brand, marketing and digital presence; the role coordinates briefs, deliverables, client updates and follow-through.

Inherited account work
- Coordinate a 159-item brand collateral rollout for three entities, including stationery, site branding, vehicle livery, uniforms, digital templates and corporate folders.
- Manage company profiles, a JEET Fitout website in final build, and JEET Fitout Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
- Coordinate HANDASEH, an educational JEET Construction sub-brand with a long-form video series filmed on live sites in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate CRM setup and lead-handling process for JEET Fitout's B2B pipeline with the client's team.
Account management and delivery
- Own day-to-day client relationships, run weekly status calls, send written recaps within 24 hours and keep a live tracker of open items.
- Convert requests into complete briefs and resolve missing information before handoff to the creative team.
- Plan delivery calendars across design, production, copy and web; flag risks and resequence work as priorities shift.
- Quality-check deliverables for entity-specific branding, correct contact details and adherence to the brief.
- Manage sign-offs, consolidate feedback and protect the team from fragmented or contradictory comments.
- Coordinate site visits and shoots, including access, permits, safety requirements, schedules and client attendance.
- Maintain brand guidelines, asset library, approval records, meeting notes and scope register.
- Prepare monthly progress and performance reports with the strategy team and present them to the client.
- Identify scope creep and commercial opportunities and escalate them to the CEO with recommendations.
Experience and capabilities
- 2–4 years in agency account management, client servicing or project coordination.
- B2B, real estate, construction or professional-services client experience is a strong advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus for site coordination and Arabic-language deliverables.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and composure with senior stakeholders.
- Working comfort with Canva, Notion or similar project tools, Google Workspace and a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Able to read design briefs and proofs; design work is not required.
- Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence, or willing to obtain one; site visits are part of the job.
Success measures and development
By day 30, know every open account item and take over the weekly client call; by day 60, keep the collateral tracker, asset library and approval log current and send recaps consistently.
By day 90, run the account day to day, with the CEO involved mainly in strategy and commercial decisions.
Ongoing measures include on-time delivery, first-round approval rate, prompt client responsiveness and written communication quality.
Potential growth path is Senior Account Manager with a portfolio of accounts and a junior reporting to the role.
