About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and project deliverables
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Support event management, brand activations, and BTL marketing activities
- Monitor project timelines and reporting as required
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing and activations when requested
- Support Account Managers to identify new potential clients through market visits and desktop research
- Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in account management or marketing, preferably within a BTL marketing agency
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of event management, activations, and BTL marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
