Creative Marketing Account Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
• Coordinate campaign execution between internal creative, content, media, strategy, and production teams
• Handle WhatsApp campaign execution and coordination using Meta WhatsApp Business Platform
• Manage WhatsApp campaign scheduling, template approvals, audience coordination, reporting, and execution tracking
• Coordinate with CRM, automation, and media teams for WhatsApp marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance, delivery rates, engagement, and quality metrics
• Understand Meta platform policies, campaign compliance, and messaging best practices
• Track social media, digital marketing, AI, and platform trends
• Support campaign ideation, marketing concepts, and creative brainstorming sessions
• Review and quality check creatives, captions, videos, WhatsApp templates, and marketing deliverables before client submission
• Prepare presentations, campaign reports, meeting notes, and proposals using PowerPoint
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, developers, and media teams
• Assist in managing content calendars, campaign schedules, approvals, and execution trackers
• Support social media management and digital campaign coordination across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, or digital agency environment
• Hands-on experience managing WhatsApp campaigns using Meta WhatsApp Business Platform or related tools
• Strong understanding of Meta ecosystem, social media platforms, and digital marketing
• Excellent client servicing, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, Copilot, Runway, or Adobe AI tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail with strong quality control mindset
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus

Preferred

• Experience with CRM integrations, chatbot workflows, customer engagement automation, or lead nurturing campaigns
• Experience handling banking, government, retail, telecom, or enterprise accounts
• Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting dashboards
• Basic understanding of creative production, motion graphics, and video workflows
